ListingMetro is staffed by a team of Real Estate professionals with over 20 years of experience.  Our administrative, compliance and transaction coordination groups are focused on providing the very best customer service in the industry.  Quick response times and clear communication is considered the key to success for our online platform.  ListingMetro is affiliated with Keller Williams Real Estate and is independently owned and operated.  Founded in 2015 as a traditional Real Estate Group, our leadership group has always focused on customer satisfaction and client referrals as our core business model.  In 2024 with the changes in the rules that evolved from the 2024 NAR lawsuit and settlement with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) our leadership decided to lead the way by providing a clear and tangible model for marketing and representing clients who choose to control their level of Marketing, Listing and Selling their home.  We believe that selling any product, including your home is primarily the act of Marketing.  Like any other product sold today, Marketing is intended to attract a buyer for the goods they sell.  In the Real Estate Industry, due to the magnitude of the investment and complexity of the transaction, most Buyers will hire a Buyers Representation (Agent) to help them select a home that fits their budget and desires.  We believe most Sellers will want to market their homes and incentivize the Buyer’s Representatives to show their home and ultimately bring a offer in the form of Contracts that are acceptable.  After August 18th of 2024, these contracts will also include the level of compensation that the Buyer’s Agent is expecting the Seller to pay at closing.  Many Builders and Home Sellers are competing for these Buyers by offering Buyer’s Agent bonuses and higher compensation to incentivize the sale of their home over a similar home on the market offer less compensation to the Buyer’s Representatives.
